Every summer Encore/Coda pairs up a senior camper with a lower camp for our Buddy Program! This fantastic, nurturing program includes writing weekly letters back and forth, Buddy Brunch, and Funday buddy activities!

For Lower Campers, the buddy program gives our youngest campers friends and mentors that they can look up to and aspire to be. They get an older sibling during their time at camp!

For the Seniors, the buddy program is a great opportunity to gain experience working with younger children. This mentoring role is a great way to see if you eventually would like to be a CIT (camper in transition) and eventually a counselor!
