Not every camper is ready to stay overnight for 3+ weeks. Luckily, you can enroll your child as a Day Camper. This option is available for Maine locals or for families who have housing in Maine close to camp.

More InformationThe Day Camp Schedule
8:30am: Arrival *Every Day. Classes begin at 9:00am, so campers need to be on camp and ready to make music. Our overnight campers eat breakfast at 7:45 and clean their cabins at 8:15.
9:00am – 6:15pm: Day Campers enjoy the full benefits of our activity schedule, and will participate in small and large ensembles, private lessons, and recreational activities. We assign them to a cabin for all cabin activities: meals, rest hours, and group activities. Even though they don’t sleep at camp, they still get many social benefits of cabin living!
6:15pm: Dinner
7:30pm – 9:00pm: Every evening we have an activity! Day Campers participate in all activities, and are allowed to go home after the activity or concert finishes. Sometimes our concerts run late, and parents are welcome to walk to Saltman Hall to listen to the great music making!
9:00pm: Day Campers return home exhausted and excited from another incredible day at camp!
*1-2 times per week, we have fully recreational days! Day Campers are welcome to join for these or can stay home and take a break.
