Session 1: Drop-off is Wednesday, June 28th and we will have a staggered arrival between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (ET). Pick-up is Saturday, July 22nd between 9:00am-12:00 pm (ET).

Session 2: Drop-off is Sunday, July 23rd and we will have a staggered arrival between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (ET). Pick-up is Sunday, August 13th between 9:00am -12:00 pm(ET).

Full Season: Drop-off is Wednesday, June 28th and we will have a staggered arrival between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (ET). Pick-up is Sunday, August 13th between 9:00am -12:00 pm(ET).

Staccato 1: Wednesday, June 28th and we will have a staggered arrival between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (ET). Pick-up is Wednesday, July 12th between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (ET).

Staccato 2: Drop-off is Sunday, July 23rd and we will have a staggered arrival between 1:00pm - 4:00pm (ET) . Pick-up is Sunday, August 6th between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (ET).

Visiting Day Information

Session 1: Family and Friends Visiting Day, a full day of camper performances for family and friends, will take place on FRIDAY July 21st.

Session 2: Family and Friends Visiting Day, a full day of camper performances for family and friends, will take place on SATURDAY August 12th.

Full Season: Full Season Families may attend either or both Family Performance Days.

Accommodations: Many families arrive in Maine the night before Family and Friends day, and depart the next morning with their camper. Information on places to stay can be found at this link. Families who are not able to attend Family & Friends Day can arrange for camper travel back home below.

The age requirements vary from airline to airline. Please be sure to check the age limitations prior to filling out this form. If YES, please put "Riley McCurdy" as your child's designated accompanying adult. A few days before your camper's flight, we will reach-out if there are any changes.

Please note that the arrival/departure ‘window’ at Portland is between 12:00PM and 3:00PM. Earlier or later than these times can generally be accommodated, but it is much better if you can schedule your flight to arrive or depart within this window.
