A Letter of Gratitude for the Summer

We are proud to say we had two incredible sessions of music, memories, and fun on Stearns Pond this summer. Some highlights include: our first annual Staccato Showcase concert where we featured our youngest musicians; the introduction and beautiful success of our first gender-expansive cabin at Encore/Coda; and the return of Family & Friends Day–2 fantastic days of exciting performances.

Of course we can’t forget all the fun we had laughing, dancing, and competing through Rhino Nite, Dances, Campfires, Trivias, Capture the Flag, and more! Whether you went to the waterfront every afternoon or tried to take a class from each musical genre that we offer, each day held different adventures and learning experiences for all.

We thank you for cultivating musicianship, strengthening stage confidence, challenging skills while supporting struggles, inspiring us all to be the best we can be, and instilling a passion for music that we can take with us through the rest of the year.

To our counselors

We thank you for keeping the campers safe and creating living spaces that became the best summer homes. You became social and musical role models for so many campers. You were enthusiastically silly when you needed to be, and you offered a listening heart to any camper who needed it.

Of course camp could not exist without our incredibly hard-working maintenance, health, and kitchen staff: you are the backbone of our organization and we can’t thank you enough! From safety to cleanliness to delicious meals, you made our camp a home.
